Hippo Motor Group is looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our growing sales team in Blackburn.

The Role As a Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will:
Handle warm customer enquiries across multiple channels (no cold calling)
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience from first contact to completion
Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and finance solution
Manage your customer pipeline using our internal systems
Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
You will be working in a structured, performance-focused environment with strong support and clear processes.

Training & Development You will complete a comprehensive
12-week training programme
delivered by a senior team with over 30 years of combined experience. This will give you everything you need to succeed in the role, even if you have no previous sales background.
