I’m partnering with a very fast-growing creative agency (described as one of the top creative in the UK) to find a Junior–Mid Designer for an ongoing freelance design role.
They care more about ambition, attitude and potential than a perfectly polished CV. They want someone hungry, who wants to grow the business with them and make a real impact – not just “do the design.”
You’ll be a multi-skilled, social-first designer working across fashion, alcohol and beauty brands, creating content that actually performs in-feed.
The role
Ongoing freelance (no fixed end date)
£170/day – Umbrella preferred
Remote-friendly, with a preference for hybrid London if possible
What you’ll be doing
Designing assets for paid social ads (static + simple motion)
Creating organic social content across multiple platforms
Supporting on creative and social strategy for campaigns
End-to-end content creation: concepts, layouts, exports
Using AI tools for image generation and content workflows
Editing short-form video (CapCut or similar)
Light retouching and polishing of imagery
Working at pace with a small, fast-moving team
Skills & experience You should have experience with:
Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Figma
Video editing (CapCut or similar)
AI image tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E)
Light retouching
Desirable but not essential: Ideally Paid social ad assets, Organic social content
