Job Description Summary: An Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily business activities, managing logistics, and coordinating between departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Provide a daily report for incoming merchandise by category Provide QC failures/daily report Provide chargeback and warning report Keep track of weekly QC failures Keep track of TOP samples Provide up-to-date QC reports Provide daily recaps Deliverables Maintain a filing system for all retained documents Pull various production reports Perform data entry to create, update, or change records Sort incoming mail and distribute to appropriate recipients Complete tasks as required by the department manager/supervisors Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications Ability to read, write, and speak English/French fluently Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Company Benefits: Medical Dental Vision RRSP + Company Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Flexible Work Schedules (when possible) And more! Pay Range: $50,000 - $58,000 *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
