As a Recovery Worker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group activities.
• Creating tailored support and risk management plans for individuals.
• Facilitating effective discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
• Encouraging positive change and independence in the lives of those you support.

This role requires flexibility, as you will work on a 24-hour rolling rota , including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the mental health sector and a solid understanding of the recovery model.
• Possesses a solution-focused attitude and a person-centered approach.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt to challenging situations.
• Is genuinely interested in helping others, with a deep level of empathy and patience.
