We’re thrilled to announce a unique opportunity in Grantham, Lincolnshire, where you can be part of a groundbreaking pilot service in collaboration with the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Trust. This service is set to launch in October 2025 , and we’re looking for passionate and experienced applicants to help shape its success!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering person-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing recovery-focused support through key working sessions and group activities.
- Creating tailored support and risk management plans for individuals.
- Facilitating effective discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
- Encouraging positive change and independence in the lives of those you support.
This role requires flexibility, as you will work on a 24-hour rolling rota , including evenings, weekends, and waking night shifts.
