Senior Systems Engineer (Integration)

Salary: Starting at £49,400+, based on your experience.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge capabilities. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate across diverse engineering domains, including Toolsets, Processes, Training, System Design, Requirements, Test, Qualification, and Acceptance.
• Provide hands-on support for Product and Systems Test activities, contributing to planning and execution of Factory and Site Acceptance Testing.
• Lead the generation and resolution of System Problem Reports, applying structured engineering thinking for timely solutions.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders through Test Readiness Reviews, technical briefings, and workshops.
• Support Engineering Lifecycle Management activities, ensuring product maturity aligns with required processes and governance.

Essential:

• Proven experience with PLM and DOORS toolsets in a structured engineering environment.
• Experience in IT-based ground support system engineering projects, ideally in a complex or regulated domain.
• Ability to develop, manage, and present complex technical data to diverse audiences.
• Experience in an integration and delivery-focused environment, contributing to successful end-to-end capability delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise and coordinate with various stakeholder groups.

Desirable:

• A relevant degree in STEM subjects or equivalent.
