Manufacturing Engineer (Towcester)

Location: Towcester (Onsite)

Salary: £41,336+ (Depending on Experience)

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Quality Assurance: Manage goods-inwards inspections, in-process checks, and final release testing while keeping all documentation accurate and up to date.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain essential manufacturing records, including risk assessments and chemical inventories, to support safe and compliant operations.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Lead Material Review Boards, review tooling, and provide expert input during design evaluations.
• Business Support: Assist with bids for standard products and manage calibration and asset processes to meet regulatory standards.

Essential:

• Proven Manufacturing Engineering experience with hands-on involvement in continuous improvement initiatives and production line troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes, including inspections, testing, and compliance with ISO standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, able to quickly identify issues and implement corrective actions.

Desirable:

• HNC/HND or degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
