How You'll Make History Here…

We're thrilled to share a leadership opportunity within our Mississauga, Ontario Customer Service team as the Customer Supply Chain Manager . In this role, you will champion the full order-to-cash process, ensuring we strike the right balance between cost efficiency and exceptional service for our Canadian customers. You will lead and develop collaborative, end-to-end supply chain solutions spanning inventory management, transportation, warehousing, project leadership, and continuous improvement . Your work will directly support Campbell Canada's strategic goals by identifying and implementing customer-facing initiatives that reduce total delivered cost, strengthen partnership, and elevate the overall service experience.

What You Will Do…

Reporting and Analysis

  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting of key Supply Chain performance metrics, measuring progress against organizational targets.
  • Apply strong data analysis and critical thinking skills to develop projections and insights that inform future Supply Chain performance.
  • Leverage supply chain expertise to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to Campbell's Sales Leadership team.

Customer Supply Chain Management

  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehousing/Distribution teams to deliver gold standard service by proactively monitoring inventory levels and resolving Supply Chain challenges.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers and Campbell's Supply Chain organization, effectively communicating emerging capabilities, tools, and technologies to enhance collaboration and operational excellence.

Build Collaborative Relationships

  • Develop and sustain strong, trusted partnerships with retailer supply chain teams, ensuring smooth communication on orders, inventory, and customer programs.
  • Collaborate cross functionally across Planning, Business Operations, Transportation, and Distribution to deliver integrated, end-to-end customer supply chain solutions.

Team Development & Engagement

  • Strengthen team capabilities through goal‑setting, coaching, and performance management.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive operational efficiencies and build understanding of logistics' impact on P&L.

Integrated Business Planning

  • Actively participate in Campbell Canada's Integrated Business Planning process, translating outcomes into clear priorities and directing resources accordingly.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the identification and implementation of supply chain solutions that balance cost and service while fostering strong customer collaboration.
  • Drive key Customer Supply Chain initiatives, including customer pickup programs and other efficiency-focused improvements.

Who You Will Work With…

  • You will lead a team of 4 direct reports.
  • You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with Quality, Warehousing, Logistics, and other aspects of Supply Chain.

What You Bring To The Table… (Must Haves)

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain or collaborative logistics
  • Experience with EDI systems and SAP (Order-to-Cash process) is required.
  • Effective experience managing customer inventory and managing key service metrics
  • Exceptional project management and collaborative alignment capabilities
  • Effective proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Effective Supply Chain expertise and Financial Acumen

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in multiple cross functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional business analytics and problem-solving skills with ability to draw insights from data and develop collaborative solutions to supply chain challenges
  • Experience working in the CPG industry

Compensation Range:

The target base salary range for this full-time salaried position is between $108,000 - $145,000 CAD. The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
