We have an immediate opening for a Fulfillment Associate at our Raleigh, North Carolina facility. This position is key to our company’s success, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched efficiently, forming a critical link in our logistics chain. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing a wide range of products for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack products securely, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order details and product information to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Stage completed orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Support the overall efficiency of the fulfillment center and logistics operations.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
