We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Reach Truck Operator in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our inventory and ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our state-of-the-art warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is central to our Logistics operations, requiring precision and adherence to strict Safety standards. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure your well-being on the job. This position demands excellent control of the reach truck, a keen eye for detail to prevent damage to products and racking, and the ability to perform physical tasks including occasional Lifting of smaller items. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, pick, and store inventory.
- Ensure proper placement and organization of goods within racking systems.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on the reach truck daily.
- Adhere to all warehouse Safety guidelines and traffic rules.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification.
- Report any damage to products, racking, or equipment immediately.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Support team members in other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid certification and proven experience operating a reach truck.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse management systems and Logistics .
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE .
- Good spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination.
