We are seeking enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our team in Seattle, Washington! In this role, you will be instrumental in our order fulfillment process, accurately selecting items and preparing them for shipment. This position is key to our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory according to customer orders.
- Verify picked items against order slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Package items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages with correct shipping information and tracking details.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse tools.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stocking shelves and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking and packing targets and contribute to smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
