Join our thriving logistics team in sunny Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for hardworking individuals to contribute to our dynamic warehouse environment. This role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including order picking, packing, stocking, and loading/unloading shipments. You'll play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. If you enjoy a hands-on role and are committed to efficiency and Safety, this is a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Stage outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, handling goods with care.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs and occasional heavier Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, including significant Lifting and standing.
- Commitment to Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is helpful.
