Operate essential machinery and support warehouse operations as a Forklift Operator in our Boston, Massachusetts facility. This role is critical to the efficient movement of materials within our logistics center. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to load and unload trucks, move pallets of goods, and transport materials to and from storage areas. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is a top priority, and adherence to all Safety protocols and procedures is mandatory. The Forklift Operator will also assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock placement, and may be involved in other warehouse duties as needed. A valid forklift certification is required, along with a proven track record of safe operation. We are committed to providing a secure workplace, and all employees must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and hard hats. This position requires a high level of concentration, attention to detail, and the ability to perform tasks that involve moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 50 pounds. Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is highly desirable. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of goods and timely order fulfillment.
