Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics operations in Columbus, Ohio, as an Inventory Control Specialist. This key role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and root causes of variances.

  • Manage stock adjustments and ensure accurate system updates.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor stock rotation and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
  • Generate reports on inventory status and performance.
  • Assist in training new staff on inventory procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Experience with lifting and moving inventory items.
