Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Unload trucks and safely transport goods to appropriate storage areas.
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including staging, labeling, and loading.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained and certified.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety standards.
- Wear and maintain required PPE at all times while on the warehouse floor.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to workplace safety and efficient logistics.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and wearing PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain concepts is beneficial.
