Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our operations in Sacramento, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role is critical to ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You will work within a team to manage inventory, process orders efficiently, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this dynamic logistics position. You will be a key contributor to our company's operational success.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or discrepancies.
  • Process orders using the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics network.
  • Must be able to handle consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse technology, such as scanners and WMS.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent physical condition with the ability to perform consistent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
