Join our expanding logistics network as a Picker/Packer in vibrant Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking diligent and organized individuals to accurately assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment. This role is a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. Your day-to-day activities will involve navigating the warehouse, selecting specified items, packaging them securely, and ensuring all orders are correctly documented. The ideal candidate is reliable, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We foster a team-oriented culture and provide opportunities for career advancement. Key responsibilities include picking items accurately using order lists and scanners, meticulously packing products to prevent damage, labeling packages correctly, and assisting with inventory counts as needed. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount. This role requires regular Lifting of packages, often up to 50 lbs, and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
