Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Perform quality checks on orders before they are dispatched.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent Lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to Safety protocols and the use of appropriate PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
