As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of our logistics operations, including receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Meet performance metrics for picking, packing, and shipping.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and Lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable following instructions and working as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Safety best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
