Our Fort Worth, Texas warehouse is seeking a diligent Receiving Clerk to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will manage the intake of all incoming merchandise, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Your duties will encompass unloading delivery trucks, meticulously checking items against shipping manifests and purchase orders, inspecting goods for any damage or defects, and recording all receipt information into our inventory management system. This position is vital for maintaining the accuracy of our stock levels and supporting the smooth flow of goods through our facility. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the receiving process. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized receiving area is a critical part of your responsibilities. We are committed to a safe working environment, and all employees must follow established safety protocols diligently. The physical demands of this job include regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long durations, and performing tasks that require bending, stooping, and reaching. Mandatory usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety vests and gloves, is required.
