We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
- Stock received goods accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- A proactive attitude towards workplace Safety and compliance.
- Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed.
