Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Verify order contents against documentation for complete accuracy.
- Replenish inventory stock in picking locations to maintain workflow.
- Operate pallet jacks and other simple warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and guidelines.
- Properly wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment targets.
- Assist with other logistics tasks as assigned, such as receiving and staging.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or similar role is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to handle Lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Good teamwork and communication abilities.
- Must comply with all Safety and PPE requirements.
- Experience in logistics operations is beneficial.
