Commitment Bonus

We are offering a $2,000 commitment bonus, paid out over your first year of employment, to recognize your dedication to our mission and the people we support.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community involvement
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice
• Support transportation, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Follow individualized support plans and complete required documentation
• Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals served

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong attendance and work ethic
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass level 2 background screening and required training
• 10 panel pre-employment drug screen
• Prior experience
