What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Direct large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement project management processes, including financial management and risk tracking
• Manage communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Serve as a project Subject Matter Expert, briefing key stakeholders on initiative progress

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of progressive experience, with 2+ years leading large-scale, integrated multi-million dollar projects
• Experience with clinical system implementation, upgrade, or optimization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to business and technology executives
• Ability to enter projects mid-stream and assume delivery responsibilities promptly

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree preferred
• Previous consulting experience highly desired
• Diverse "generalist" background and skills are a strong plus
