Bar & Grill | Pinetop, AZ

We are a well-established, high-volume bar & grill in Pinetop seeking an experienced working Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. This is a hands-on position that requires regular cooking and line work in a fast-paced, small-kitchen environment. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example and stays engaged on the line.

Responsibilities include:

• Cooking regularly on the line during service

• Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations

• Leading, training, and supporting kitchen staff

• Ensuring consistent food quality, speed, and execution

• Managing prep, line flow, and required side work

• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

• Assisting with inventory, ordering, and waste control

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen management experience or strong lead cook experience

• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

• Comfortable working in a small kitchen and handling multiple responsibilities

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented

• Food safety knowledge required
