Salary Range: $100, $200,000.00 per year

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record of successful team leadership or management.

Strong understanding of the Alpharetta, Georgia real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals.

Proficiency in real estate CRM software and standard office applications.

Valid Georgia real estate license.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to the Alpharetta market.

Oversee daily operations of the real estate team, ensuring smooth client service delivery.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Manage client relationships, resolve complex issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and administrative staff to enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency.

Analyze market trends and provide insights to guide team efforts.
