Early-Stage Solar Program Delivery Consultant

We're looking for a Level 1 consultant to support our Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction (E&C) team.

Onsite in Juno Beach, FL, you'll start your day aligning with the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager on priorities across the Screening, Diligencing, and Early-Stage Pipeline. You'll review technical and financial inputs, pinpoint trends that affect project viability, and translate insights into actions. You'll coordinate permitting and development support, engage Engineering and subject-matter experts to resolve issues, and shape a preliminary construction plan and schedule.

Throughout the day, you'll support capital budget approvals, contribute to negotiations and execution of commercial agreements, and investigate optimization opportunities that keep the project technically feasible, schedule-aligned, commercially supported, and financially sound. You'll manage critical data and deliverables using a range of software tools, and you'll handle additional tasks from the Regional Lead to keep the team organized and projects on track. Your ultimate objective: prepare clean, complete handoffs to Late-Stage Project Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strength in financial modeling and data analysis
• Preferred: Experience in construction, the energy sector, and/or solar

We are committed to transparency and equity. The base pay range for this role is estimated at $50.00/hr. to $55.00/hr., depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
