Laundry Worker and front desk clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laundry Worker and Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize guest linens, towels, and clothing with precision and care
• Perform cleaning tasks throughout the facility, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a spotless environment
• Handle dry cleaning requests by coordinating with external vendors or managing in-house services when applicable
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the front desk, check them in and out efficiently, and address their inquiries promptly
• Manage reservation bookings, update guest records, and process payments accurately using the property management system
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and cleaning materials, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction at all times

Qualifications

• Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning processes
• Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards across all areas
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency with front desk systems or reservation software is preferred
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as required
