Marketing Intern

Position Overview

The Marketing Intern will help support the development and execution of marketing strategies that highlight our mission, programs, and community impact. This role is perfect for students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in digital marketing, nonprofit communications, and branding.

You will receive support, guidance, and opportunities to build a strong portfolio while contributing to meaningful community-centered work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Support development of marketing campaigns for programs, workshops, and community events
• Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
• Assist with creating flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
• Research marketing trends relevant to mental health, youth, and families
• Track engagement metrics and support monthly analytics reporting
• Brainstorm creative ideas to increase visibility and engagement
• Assist with updates to the website or directory listings (as needed)
• Support email marketing efforts through copywriting and template updates

Preferred Skills

• Strong interest in marketing, communications, design, or nonprofit work
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
• Strong writing, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate when needed
• Creativity and willingness to bring new ideas to the table
