Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Assist with medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
• Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring individuals safely.
• Document patient information accurately while complying with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
• Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols in emergency medicine.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of patient care practices, including long-term care and pediatrics.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and medication administration procedures.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
