Banquet Server

The role is perfect as an add on position to a current hospitality person, restaurant server, bartender etc.

CORE FOCUS & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Qualified candidates must be able to satisfactorily complete the following responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Ability to read banquet event order and follow instructions given
• Must be team oriented
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Work together as a team player
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work at a quick pace until job is complete
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings as there are no set schedules

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Walks and stands during 90% of shifts
• Must be able to lift, bend, and carry
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
