We are seeking dedicated and energetic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to teamwork, and a proactive approach to tasks. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, contributing directly to the satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety .
- Participate in inventory counts and checks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Properly label and prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct addressing and postage.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times as required by company policy and job function.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Team player mentality.
