We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This is a critical position that ensures our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. Your primary duties will involve navigating the warehouse using an order list, locating specific items, and preparing them for packing and dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or order pickers, is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also essential for efficiency and safety. Adherence to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures is paramount. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on the warehouse floor, including safety vests and steel-toed boots. This role involves significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
