In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, playing a crucial part in our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Label packages accurately with shipping and tracking information.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of necessary PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and contribute to smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to follow instructions and company guidelines.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Familiarity with general logistics concepts is a plus.
