We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of warehouse associates, and ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and accurately. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining productivity, optimizing workflow, and upholding our high standards for quality and Safety. This role involves supervising staff, scheduling work, conducting training, and enforcing company policies and procedures. You will be instrumental in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment. A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team. We expect all team members, especially supervisors, to champion Safety and ensure that all operations comply with regulations. Responsibilities include performance management of staff, implementing efficiency improvements, managing dock schedules, and ensuring adherence to all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. The ability to assist with or oversee tasks involving significant Lifting, up to 75 pounds, may be required on occasion. This is a leadership opportunity to make a significant impact on our logistics operations. You will work closely with management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
