We are hiring a Picker/Packer for our busy warehouse facility in Tampa, Florida. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking items from inventory and meticulously preparing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality. You will use handheld scanners to identify and locate products, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are selected. Following the picking process, you will expertly pack the items, ensuring they are secure and protected during transit. Understanding our inventory management system and following all warehouse protocols are essential. We are dedicated to fostering a safe and positive work atmosphere, and all employees are expected to adhere to our stringent Safety guidelines. The Picker/Packer will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and timely order fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a physically active job and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety vests and closed-toe shoes, is enforced.
