As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of physical tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and items.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Support team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 60 pounds, regularly.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for long hours.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
