As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of physical tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Stage orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and items.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including mandatory PPE usage.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
  • Support team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 60 pounds, regularly.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for long hours.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
