We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our expanding logistics hub in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are critical to our e-commerce operations and overall customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse systems and equipment. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace. Become a key player in our supply chain and logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, meeting shipping standards.
- Label packages for outgoing shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, scanning devices).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
