Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities against orders.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with new merchandise.
- Accurately pick items for orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for safe transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets.
- Assist with tasks that involve moderate to heavy Lifting as needed.
- Support the overall Logistics function through timely and accurate task completion.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior warehouse or Logistics experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Dedication to maintaining a high standard of Safety. Must be reliable and punctual. Experience with scanning equipment is beneficial. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
