You will be involved in picking, packing, and shipping a diverse range of products, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on order fulfillment sheets.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Efficiently and securely pack orders, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Process and label shipments for dispatch via various carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all established Safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE .
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced urban logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of workplace Safety .
