We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for locating items in the warehouse and preparing them for shipment. A high level of accuracy and speed is required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Verify the correctness of picked items and quantities.
- Pack items carefully into shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervision promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving packages up to 35 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to safety and wearing required PPE.
