We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is integral to our distribution network, requiring a versatile and hardworking individual to manage various warehouse functions. You will be responsible for tasks such as receiving and unloading products, stocking inventory accurately, fulfilling orders by picking and packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A commitment to upholding rigorous safety standards and maintaining an organized workspace is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the physical capacity to perform warehouse duties, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming goods against order documentation.
- Organize and place inventory into designated storage locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Stage outgoing shipments and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies responsibly.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Support the broader logistics team in achieving operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
