We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will handle the receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using our warehouse management system.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, supporting the overall logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive motion.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
