We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our growing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll be involved in numerous aspects of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking merchandise, accurately picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong desire to contribute to a productive team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and you will receive thorough training on all safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding and adhering to these safety guidelines is crucial for all employees. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles.
- Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and orderly.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Consistent manual Lifting is a fundamental part of this role.
