We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our vibrant team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a foundational role within our logistics operations, essential for the efficient movement of goods. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general warehouse organization. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic. A willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks is key, as you may be assigned to various areas of the warehouse depending on operational needs. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment, and you will receive comprehensive training on all procedures, including the critical use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding basic warehouse safety protocols and demonstrating a commitment to safety is mandatory. This role involves frequent and substantial Lifting, often exceeding 50 lbs, so good physical condition is required. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and efficiency, contributing directly to our supply chain success. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Move inventory within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing PPE.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
- Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the warehouse.
- Consistent manual Lifting is a core requirement of this role.
