Seeking a proactive Fulfillment Associate in Boston, Massachusetts, to support our high-volume e-commerce operations. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, playing a critical part in our Logistics chain. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as managing inventory and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a dynamic setting, and prioritizes Safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Process and ship orders using various carriers and shipping software.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with shipping software and procedures.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
