We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse, contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations. This role is critical to our logistics operations, requiring precision and adherence to all safety protocols. We are committed to maintaining a secure and productive work environment, and this position plays a vital part in that. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safe forklift operation and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to perform routine checks on the forklift to ensure it is in good working order and report any malfunctions immediately. Compliance with all OSHA regulations and company safety policies is mandatory. The physical demands of this job include frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
