We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our **logistics** network, supporting the timely and accurate processing of goods. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving to shipping, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to high **safety** standards.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory.
- Sort, organize, and store merchandise efficiently.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving of heavy items as required, following **safety** best practices.
- Wear and maintain required **PPE** at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong commitment to **safety** and adherence to company guidelines.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse **logistics** and operational procedures is a plus.
- Must be comfortable wearing **PPE**.
