We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our thriving Las Vegas, Nevada fulfillment center. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of orders to our valued customers. You will be part of a dynamic team operating in a high-volume logistics environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from inventory for customer orders using scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring products are protected for shipping.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details before dispatch.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and maintaining organized stock areas.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety protocols and procedures.
- Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed daily order processing goals.
- Support other aspects of the logistics operation as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment role preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Must be capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to strictly follow all PPE guidelines.
- Experience with logistics systems is a plus.
