We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for our Tampa, Florida facility. This position is key to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and orders are processed accurately. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, from receiving and stocking goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, possesses strong organizational skills, and can handle the physical demands of the job, including significant Lifting. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and unload incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare finished orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work area.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
- Strictly follow all company Safety guidelines and policies.
- Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet operational targets and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be mobile for the entire shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must strictly adhere to all Safety regulations and wear provided PPE.
