We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate in Baltimore, Maryland. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders from start to finish. This involves picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that every order meets our high standards of quality and accuracy. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, utilizing various tools and technologies to optimize workflow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, possesses good manual dexterity, and is capable of performing physical tasks including regular Lifting. A strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by properly handling and storing goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in stocktaking and cycle count activities.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, or packing is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including frequent Lifting and carrying of items up to 30 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
